Assisted Living at Red Oak Residence of North Bend
Red Oak Residence of North Bend is uniquely planned to promote as much independence as is possible. An individualized service plan is created for each Red Oak resident in the assisted living plan and is reviewed on a regular basis. Everyone in the assisted living program pays a monthly fee that includes the following services:
- Three meals per day
- Regular assessment of needs
- Wellness program
- Group transportation and assistance with alternative transportation
- 24 hour staffing supervised by a nurse
- Specialized recreational programming
We provide the following senior care services for additional fees. Our caregivers recognize the need for dignity, privacy and support.
- Bathing assistance
- Bed-making
- Dressing assistance
- Toilet assistance
- Escort to and from meals
- Special diets, guest meals, tray service to room
- Foley and stoma care
- Personal grooming
- Housekeeping in excess of weekly cleaning
- Insurance documentation

- Memory support/behavior adaptation care

- Technical support services
- Wake up calls
Services available in house for Red Oak residents from independent contractors:
- Barber/beauty shop
- Foot care
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy provided by: Evergreen Home Health, Careage Home Health, & Kindred Home Care
- Lab services
- Audiologist Craig Hertz provides free hearing tests and consultation, and hearing aid cleaning and adjustments the second Friday each month.
- Karen LaJambe, ARNP, Primary Care for Senior Living, Snoqualmie Valley Hospital
- King County Book Mobile
- Visiting sales persons, i.e. Avon, Mary Kay, Amway etc.
- Pharmacy–medications and supplies from Mercury Pharmacy Services.
